- Referrals & Collaboration: Share leads, collaborate on larger projects, and introduce each other to relevant contacts. We aim to grow together by combining our strengths.
- Respectful Interaction: Respect each other’s time, opinions, and expertise. Constructive, supportive feedback is encouraged.
- Confidentiality: Information shared within the group stays within the group. Confidentiality is key to building trust.
- Feedback: Regularly provide feedback on how the group can improve or evolve to ensure everyone gains maximum value.

- Respect Time: Avoid spamming. For detailed discussions, save it for our biweekly meetings or direct messaging.
- Response Expectations: Members are encouraged to respond within a reasonable time, but no immediate response is required.
- Announcements: Use the WhatsApp group for meeting reminders, key announcements, or important questions only.
- Use Emojis: Use 👍 to confirm attendance or ✅ to agree with a point for easy acknowledgment without excessive messaging.
- Keep It Positive & Constructive: The group is a space for professional support and encouragement. Let’s uplift and inspire each other!
