Business Development Director

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with previous experience as a recruitment consultant to help us expand our clientele.

The role requires developing new business opportunities, preparing sales proposals and presentations, managing customer accounts, generating leads, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

  • Find clients and foster long-term relationships focused on customer satisfaction
  • Understand client requirements (B2B sales or marketing leaders and small business owners)
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Prepare sales presentations and proposals
  • Promote self and brand through content and activity on Linkedin
  • Update Hubspot CRM at all time.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Requirements

  • Proven experience as recruitment consultant, sales manager or similar position
  • Proven sales or recruiting track record
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM software (e.g. Hubspot)
  • Proficiency in English
  • B2B sales and marketing industry knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
