We are looking for a Business Development Manager with previous experience as a recruitment consultant to help us expand our clientele.
The role requires developing new business opportunities, preparing sales proposals and presentations, managing customer accounts, generating leads, and closing sales.

- Find clients and foster long-term relationships focused on customer satisfaction
- Understand client requirements (B2B sales or marketing leaders and small business owners)
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals
- Promote self and brand through content and activity on Linkedin
- Update Hubspot CRM at all time.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Proven experience as recruitment consultant, sales manager or similar position
- Proven sales or recruiting track record
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM software (e.g. Hubspot)
- Proficiency in English
- B2B sales and marketing industry knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
